WELLNESS EXAMS
Wellness visits include a comprehensive physical examination, vaccinations per lifestyle, discussion of home environment, and ensuring the best health for everyone.
MICROCHIPPING
Microchips help ensure lost pets find their way home, and give peace of mind to the pet parents. Added bonus, our microchips read body temperature simply by scanning.
PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE
As part of our comprehensive physical examination, we discuss lifestyle and what preventatives are best suited for each individual animal.
HERD HEALTH
For livestock species, most are managed as a herd. We provide herd health to ensure quality care and management, as well as best productivity.
DIAGNOSTICS
We have the capability to send bloodwork, urine, feces, etc. to an outside lab for analysis. Diagnostics may be for preventative care or workup of health concerns.
EUTHANASIA

We offer gentle and respectful end-of-life care in the comfort of your home
ULTRASOUND
Livestock or small animal - we are able to ultrasound for pregnancy. Livestock, poultry or small animal - we are able to ultrasound as a preventative measure or to work up a health issue.

About Our Clinic
At Barn & Home Veterinary Clinic we provide quality care for livestock and pets. We are mobile-only, meaning we do not have a brick-and-mortar clinic. We always come to you! Most animals are more comfortable in their own home, and everyone can feel less stress when it comes to veterinary care.

Initially we will be providing wellness exams, vaccines, preventative medicine, and basic diagnostics. We hope to quickly have mobile x-ray and surgery capabilities.

We are committed to the best care and management regardless of species. We treat everyone like family, whether we are spending time in your barn, home, field or garage.
Service Areas
Our home base is Creswell, Oregon. To best serve our community, we do have limitations in terms of time spent in the vehicle and mileage. We want to provide the highest quality care for all, but must use our time wisely.

If we do not answer the phone we are actively engaged with a patient. If we do not answer, please call once and leave a voicemail - we will get back to you as soon as we are able while maintaining best medicine and respect to all.
EMERGENCIES
We are a one-doctor mobile clinic, so our ability to see emergencies is limited. If one of your animals is having an emergency, please call and/or email us. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a voicemail. We do our best when we get emergency calls to respond as quickly as possible, but we do not have anyone continually monitoring phones/emails. Our response time may be immediate or it may be over an hour depending on prior obligations. We will get back to you, but if you do not get a response from us in the time frame that your animal needs, please contact one of the following clinics.
